So the boy walks into his mom's office and says...
"What does alienated mean?"
"It means like, feeling left out, or something..."
"Oh, I thought it meant that you wanted to be an alien."
Oh, the disappointment in his voice. I have one crazy son, that's for damn sure.

Did someone tell him he was being alienated and he was sad because it meant he was left out and not actually an alien. Tell him not to worry, he is an alien.
